All content on this website — including but not limited to product designs, insert layouts, graphics, logos, text, images, and website design — is the intellectual property of Shelfie Studio Stationery and is protected under Canadian copyright law.

This includes but is not limited to copying or recreating our binder insert designs, divider designs, or any other original works for personal redistribution or commercial use.

- Require signature confirmation for orders with a value over CAD $50
- Decline shipments to P.O. boxes unless verified and approved
- Place multiple small or repeat orders from the same customer on hold for review if they occur within a short timeframe

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Restrictions may apply per customer, address, or payment method.
You agree to provide current and accurate account and payment information, and to update it as needed.
First-time orders under CAD $50 may be subject to temporary authorization-only holds until billing details are verified.
Prepaid cards or unverifiable billing addresses may result in cancellation of the order.
Any attempt to dispute a valid charge ("friendly fraud") without contacting us first may result in suspension of future purchasing privileges.
9. Optional Tools
We may offer access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.
Future features or services added to the site will also be subject to these Terms.

This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, supplier delays, shipping carrier disruptions, postal strikes, government actions, trade restrictions, or any other force majeure event. In the event of a prolonged delay, we will notify affected customers and offer alternatives where possible, including cancellation and refund.
16. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute or concern regarding your order or our services, we ask that you first contact us directly at hello@shelfiestudio.com. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
- Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact us by email. We will work with you to resolve the issue within 30 days.
- Step 2 — Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal proceedings. Mediation will be conducted in the Province of Ontario.
- Step 3 — Legal Action: If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied.
Shelfie Studio Stationery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or products, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
Shelfie Studio Stationery is not responsible for loss or theft once an order is marked as delivered and signed for.
